A one-day seminar is designed so that the participants can familiarize themselves through workshops, gain knowledge and develop skills in the following areas:
- Performance evaluation i.e. work performance of employees
- Methods for assessing the work performance
- Other issues relevant to evaluating the work performance of employees
The seminar is designed for employees of small and medium enterprises, institutions of culture, education, science, media and non-profit organizations, and others interested in training in this field.
The seminar was jointly organized by the Regional Chamber of Commerce Nis and the Center for career guidance, counseling and lifelong learning.
